ABOUT ME
- During my career, I have worked in a variety of roles, organisations and cultures. Everywhere, my mission is to develop players and coaches and help them reach their potential.
- At the end of the day, my mission is to ensure that players and the club feel that our actions have helped them achieve their intended goals.
- While studying at the University of Lisbon, I gained the latest know-how in the development of technical, tactical and physical aspects of the game and players, as well as the latest technology in player development and scouting.
- My final thesis for studies was “Behavior and the Coach-athlete relationship research” which focused on finding right ways and approaches to achieve the best possible outcome.

REFERENCES
“On each occasion he displayed unparalleled professionalism and knowledge of the game both on his interactions with players and fellow coaches. Mika does not hold his knowledge hostage as he is always looking to share as well as learn from others. He coaches in a very engaging and motivational way. He is brilliant tactician and a passionate teacher. Players in the USA were very fond of Mika and very appreciative of his coaching. If I were in a position to hire him, I would do it immediately because I know how much better he would make everyone around him.”
“When I think of Mika the words passionate, knowledgeable and professional come to mind. What is important is that he is a friend to everyone involved in the game – whether it is a player, coach, fan, or referee. And that is because he loves and respects the game.”
